Why Volga Burmash
The history of Volga Burmash goes back to the Kuybyshev machine building plant, established in 1948 in Kuybyshev (now Samara); the company has operated as Volgaburmash JSC since 1994. Today it is the largest manufacturer of rock cutting tools in Russia and one of the TOP-10 producers worldwide.
The range includes over 600 roller cone bit designs up to 26" (95.3–660.4 mm) and over 350 PDC bit designs from 3" to 17 1/2" (76–444.5 mm), with matrix or steel bodies.
